Signalora LLC, doing business as Publicly You (“Publicly You,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates PubliclyYou.com and provides public identity, online visibility, and AI visibility report services for real estate professionals and related businesses. Publicly You is an independent business and is separate from Home Navigators Realty.

2. Who This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information. It applies to two groups of people:

Website visitors, people who contact us, and customers, meaning anyone who visits our site, submits a contact, service, or information request, subscribes to communications, or purchases or receives a Publicly You service.
Report subjects: the real estate professionals or businesses whose public digital presence we assess as part of a Publicly You service.

If you are a report subject and want to know what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or remove it, see “Your Privacy Rights and Choices” below.

The short version

On our website, we collect information you submit through our contact and service-request forms, plus standard analytics.
To perform a report, we collect professional information about a real estate agent or business from public and third-party sources, for example, listings, profiles, business listings, published reviews, and government license records.
We use this information to produce and deliver reports to the person or business who requested the report.
We do not sell your information for third-party marketing, and we do not use it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.

3. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: your name, email address, telephone number, brokerage or company, professional role, and market or service area; website, profile, licensing, brokerage, biography, and other professional information submitted for a service; messages, project communications, support information, and service instructions; agreement acceptance, consent, marketing preferences, transaction status, and delivery records; and other information you choose to submit.

Do not submit sensitive information. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account passwords, payment-card information, financial-account credentials, health information, private client information, or other highly sensitive information through an ordinary website contact form.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, Publicly You and its hosting, analytics, form, and security providers may automatically collect: Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate geographic location; browser, device, operating-system, and screen information; pages visited, referring pages, dates, times, and interactions; cookie and similar-technology identifiers; and security, spam-prevention, error, and diagnostic information. Some laws may treat this information as personal information even when it does not directly identify you by name.

Professional and public-source information

To provide our services, we collect and analyze professional or business information from customers, report subjects, Brokerages, government records, search engines, public websites, real estate portals, professional profiles, social platforms, AI services, and other lawful sources. This may include: professional identity, brokerage affiliation, role, license information, contact information, market, websites, profiles, and public biographies; current and historical brokerage information, public business listings, search results, and publicly displayed reviews or professional content; AI-generated responses concerning a professional or business; and screenshots, citations, notes, reports, and evidence used to document findings and complete quality review.

We collect this information to evaluate a professional’s public digital presence. We do not obtain it by accessing private accounts or by circumventing access controls, and we do not claim ownership of professional information merely because it is publicly available or included in a Publicly You analysis.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Website Security

The website may use functional cookies needed for website operation and analytics cookies used to understand website activity. The specific cookies and technologies used may change as the website is updated.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage and improve content and performance. It may collect browser and device information, approximate location, pages and events, referring information, and a client identifier stored in a first-party cookie. Google may process an IP address to provide location, routing, security, and service functionality. Google’s handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across websites using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

reCAPTCHA and similar services

Our forms may use Google reCAPTCHA or a similar service to identify automated activity, prevent spam, and protect the website. These services may process device, browser, network, cookie, and interaction information for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

You can limit or delete cookies through your browser settings and any cookie or preference controls made available on the website; disabling cookies may affect some features. Where applicable, we honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to: respond to inquiries and determine whether our services fit a prospective customer’s needs; prepare proposals, communicate about projects, and provide Publicly You reports and related services; research, verify, analyze, document, review, deliver, and maintain authorized service results; operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve our website and services; send requested marketing communications and maintain opt-out preferences; maintain business, accounting, consent, transaction, delivery, and legal records; prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents; and comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect Publicly You, customers, service subjects, and others.

6. AI-Assisted Processing

Publicly You may use artificial intelligence, search technology, and machine-assisted tools to support research, analyze professional information, evaluate publicly available AI responses, organize evidence, and prepare findings. Publicly You applies human review and quality control before releasing an authorized customer report.

Publicly You’s services are not intended to make employment, credit, housing, insurance, licensing, or other legally significant eligibility decisions about an individual. Customers should not submit highly sensitive or confidential information unless Publicly You specifically requests it through an approved secure method.

7. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers that help operate our business, including website hosting, forms, security, analytics, email, communications, cloud storage, document processing, payment processing, accounting, technology, AI, and authorized contractor services. Our website is currently hosted by GoDaddy. These providers receive information only for the applicable service or business purpose, subject to their agreements and legal obligations.

When a report is commissioned, the resulting report, which contains information about the report subject or business, is delivered to the party who requested it.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or lawful process, investigate fraud or a security incident, enforce an agreement, protect rights or safety, or complete a business reorganization or transfer subject to appropriate protections.

8. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Publicly You does not sell personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing, and does not use or disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising based on your activity across unrelated websites.

As described in “How We Share Information,” a report that contains information about a report subject is delivered to the party who commissioned the report. If you would like to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law, or to object to the disclosure of information about you, contact us using the details below.

9. Marketing Communications

We may send marketing emails when you request or consent to receive them, or when otherwise permitted by law. You may unsubscribe using the method provided in the email or by contacting us. We may retain a limited suppression record so that we can continue to honor your request. Project, service, security, and transaction communications are not marketing communications.

10. Payment Information

Publicly You does not currently collect payment-card information directly through this website. If online payment is activated, payment-card information will be submitted to the applicable payment processor. Publicly You may receive transaction status, amount, customer identity, processor reference numbers, and other information needed for accounting and customer service, but does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card-security codes.

11. Data Retention

We retain information according to its purpose, legal requirements, operational needs, and our internal retention schedule. Unless a different period is required by law, contract, dispute, security need, or legal hold, our general retention periods are:

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it. Information may remain temporarily in restricted backups until the normal backup cycle completes.

12. Information Security

Publicly You uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the size and nature of our business. These measures may include access restrictions, account security, multi-factor authentication where supported, secure transmission, vendor controls, data minimization, and retention and disposal procedures. No website, email, storage system, transmission method, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.

13. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding personal information we hold about you: to confirm whether we maintain personal information about you and to access it; to correct inaccurate information; to request deletion; to obtain a portable copy; to opt out of certain processing, including the sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. In some states, you may also appeal a decision we make about your request.

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 45 days). We may decline or limit a request when necessary to protect another person, preserve security, comply with law, maintain transaction or accounting records, establish or defend legal claims, protect confidential business information, or complete an existing service obligation. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, we will honor them as required by that law.

14. Children and Minors

The website and Publicly You services are intended for business and professional users age 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children or minors. If we learn that a minor has submitted personal information, we will review the circumstances and take appropriate steps to delete or restrict the information.

15. United States Operations

Publicly You is a Colorado business and currently directs its services primarily to real estate professionals and related businesses in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States by Publicly You and its service providers. We will review additional privacy requirements before intentionally expanding services into jurisdictions with additional data-protection obligations.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, vendors, data practices, or legal obligations. When we update it, we will change the “Last updated” date shown above. When appropriate, we may provide additional notice of a material change through the website, email, or another reasonable method.
